This course is intended for all healthcare professionals who manage patients with chronic pain conditions. It is not essential to have any prior knowledge of acupuncture; however, the course is primarily intended for practitioners who have trained in acupuncture.

This is an online on demand course made up of 4 modules:

1)  Introduction and definitions

2)  Evidence

3)  Inflammation

4)  Self Home Acupuncture (SHA)

a)  Safety & SHA

b)  Teaching SHA

c)  Patient experience of SHA

5)  Course Evaluation

The first 3 modules have questions on the content that need to be answered correctly before progressing.

On successful completion of the course you will be awarded 4 hours of CPD.
