A one day workshop covering all the key aspects of acupuncture related to women's health. The day is presented by the leading international researcher in the field, Dr Elisabet (Lisa) Stener-Victorin and any recommendations will be based upon Western physiology and neurophysiology, with data from animal studies and the results of the clinical trials in human subjects.
This one day course covers:
Anovulation - polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)
Vasomotor symptoms
Pelvic pain during pregnancy
Acupuncture and assisted reproduction therapy including pain relief during oocyte aspiration and acupuncture before and after embryo transfer
