The workshops involve lectures, demonstrations and practical experience. Attendees will gain most from this course by participating in the practical elements which involve palpation and needling of the most common muscle groups affected by myofascial pain syndromes. Practicals will be in small groups, and attendees should bring loose clothing, suitable to permit reasonable exposure of shoulder and hip girdles, lower back and limbs.
