Key Speaker

We are very pleased and excited Dr Daniel Keown has agreed to be our guest speaker. He qualified as MD at Manchester University and studied acupuncture at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading and in China with Dr Wang Ju-Yi. Here he became aware of the connection of Qi and acupuncture channels relevance to embryology. He has written a book originally titled “What God forgot to tell Surgeons” and renamed “The Spark in the Machine” which manages to connect embryology, physiology, physics, and medicine with the formation of the bodies information network and the corollaries with the Chinese channels and organs. The original title suggests the humour

injected in this fascinating book which is truly a fun read as well as very enlightening.

For a taster you may want to check him out on You tube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6G_2oaIWJmw or better still, get his book available as an eBook. Dr Keown works in accident and emergency medicine and has a private acupuncture clinic in Tunbridge Wells.

Definitely a meeting not to be missed.
