NICE guidelines for the treatment of low back pain include a course of acupuncture. In response to the guidelines the BMAS is offering this course for acupuncturists focussing on the assessment, treatment and management of back pain.

A 1 day course focussing on the assessment, treatment and management of back pain,  consisting of lectures and demonstrations, with particular reference to the NICE guidelines for acupuncture for back pain, with practical sessions to refresh existing skills and/or learn new techniques to improve your expertise in this field.

Cancellation/sickness policy: A refund less £50 administration fee is guaranteed for cancellations received up to four weeks before the start of the course. No refund will be made for cancellations received within four weeks of the start of the course, or for failure to attend. Substitutions fulfilling the criteria may be made at any time prior to the course start. In exceptional circumstances and at the Society's discretion, course delegates may be permitted to transfer to another course. The BMAS cannot be held responsible for any expenses incurred by delegates in the event of cancellation by either party. Please note: the Early Bird course fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the delegate. Transfers will be subject to £50 administration fee and additional day delegate fees.
